It was a fantastic stay!! There are many hotels in Rome but what really set our stay apart here was the fantastic customer service that we experienced and attention by the staff. It was busy during our stay but service was impeccable. I would like to especially thank Mr Sergio from reception who was the best and went above and beyond. Additionally many thanks to Ms Elena from guest relations who was extremely helpful. The rooms were well planned and super clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and many high end shops are close by. Despite being a member in a different hotel group, my experience here makes me consider staying at NH group hotels in my travels.

Excellent experience for both myself and my daughter. We stayed for three night. It was clean and quiet, we slept very well. The breakfast was rich. Very nice neighborhood, quite close to the sights and pleasant to walk around, even at night.

I was ready to write a great review for Roma Centro after our 3 day stay in Rome. Nice rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. We left for Florence and then had a reservation to return for NH Roma Centro one night before our flight home. When we checked into NH Roma Centro there was a conference going on, and they told us our two junior suites were not available. Even though we had a reservation, they were sending us to a different NH hotel. A taxi arrived and off we went... The other NH hotel was not as nice as the Roma Centro, and it was under construction. Our rooms were smaller and did not have a pull out bed. The whole reason we booked NH Roma and paid extra for the suite was to have a bed for everyone in our party. But at the hotel they sent us to, there was only a couch. The staff was called and they pulled the couch out and put sheets over the couch cushion and said that was a bed. I slept on it and it was very uncomfortable. NH Roma Centro did not give us any upgrades, apology, or anything. We booked through Costco and I asked Costco for a refund since we did NOT receive the junior suite at NH Roma that we paid for. The NH hotel responded to Costco that they would not give us a refund of any kind. Be wary of this hotel. They don't hold your reservation and will be happy to kick you out to a lesser hotel, smaller room, with no extra bed, and still charge you the same price. Like Seinfeld says, this hotel is good at taking reservations, they just aren't good at HOLDING the reservation!

We are here now. My Son and I came here from USA to celebrate his 25th Birthday. He chose this hotel because it was rated 5 ⭐️ but honestly I’m extremely disappointed! First we can’t turn on TV because remote needs batteries. They send a guy to our room, he checks out remote and says he just needed to take out batteries and reinsert. The minute he leaves remote stops working again so of course they come and replace batteries. I didn’t realize they didn’t have a Smart TV and like to watch Netflix at night. My son lives in LA and so live in Chicago so anytime we spend time together we like to watch Netflix. So I call Receptionist and inquire about English channels, she gives me approx 10 channels and I tried a few and none were English. EXTREMELY disappointed. So we go out for and purchase some drinks and we placed them in fridge. We were in a rush to go back out for dinner and next morning I go into fridge to grab a water and it’s warm. So I call the front desk and turns fridge was not plugged in which was a well stocked mini bar. So this was ANOTHER big disappointment! The room is nice and clean except the bathroom door which has stains that I’m sure could’ve been cleaned off. I must say, the only thing I enjoyed was Breakfast. Excellent setup! !At some point I do plan on coming to Rome with my husband but most definitely will NOT be staying here.

Excellent breakfast and great service from all the staff. This hotel was recommended to us by Costco and it was a good location to the places we wanted to visit. We definitely made more than our required daily steps. Very close to the Metro too.
